Stotts Rentals offers home rentals in the Athens City School District. The homes are very close to Ohio University and some are within walking distance to the campus. Since tenants are invited to visit the Stotts Farm, many families and students have come to enjoy boating, fishing or just sitting around a campfire and relaxing. The farm's well-stocked pond has a large dock, a five passenger paddle boat and a fishing boat to enjoy. New to the area? Dr. Stotts and Mrs. Stotts provide tours of the area and can answer any questions that one might have about the area, such as the schools, the business community, the colleges, transportation, cost of living, the job market, etc. Both Gerry & Kathy Stotts are retired educators from the area. Kathy was the high school guidance counselor at Athens High School. Gerry was the county superintendent of schools in Athens for eleven years.
